Assessing the user’s experience of your product

Multipurpose Lab

The general purpose of user testing is to identify the key problems involved in using a product.

These tests, which can be conducted during the interface design process or with an existing product, are different from other assessment techniques.

During a test, we seek to obtain direct feedback from users so that product performance or usage issues can be addressed.

Yu Centrik conducts tests among small samples of participants and among larger groups as part of major studies. The following types of tests are available:
